The Smart Caregiver Bed Alarm System is an excellent bed alarm and fall prevention system designed for elderly patients dealing with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. When the patient starts to get up from the bed or chair, the bed pad sends a signal to the alarm monitor and the alarm goes off to notify the caregiver that the patient is in need of assistance. The alarm is in the same room as the paitent which can assist with slowing down the patient, and can also be heard from an adjacent room.
